Dobrolezh commanded the 19th Aviation Brigade in 1932^[1], and later the 28th Heavy Bomber Brigade^[2].

Dobrolezh studied at the Red Army General Staff Academy from 1936-38^[2].

Dobrolezh was arrested on May 10, 1938, convicted on August 26, 1938, and executed on the same day^[2].
