- July 4, 1967 The Egyptian Air Force launches air strikes against Israeli targets in the Sinai, which constitute the first Egyptian air activity during the War of Attrition[1].
- October 21, 1967 Egyptian missile boats attack and sink the Israeli destroyer "Eilat"[2].
- August 7, 1970 A cease-fire agreement is signed by Israel and Egypt, bringing an end to the War of Attrition[2].
